Casinotoken.com - Player’s winnings from bonus play have been capped at $50.

Deposited $30, got a 50% bonus of $15 w/ wagering requirements of $750.

Completed that.

Withdrew $550.

Got an email: 

1.6.3 When deposit is made with bonus code, player has used any type of welcome bonus or had specific end goal to claim free spins or bonus money, the deposit money, bonus and the frees spins are liable to a 50x wagering necessity with max withdraw of $50 or equivalent in other currency even, if the bonus have not or could not been used for any matter.

This is their terms & conditions. I went through that wagering to make $5?? I didn't even think something like this could exist. My complaint isn't so much of a dispute, it is more of a pleading to the people that run this site to abolish this casino & stop leading people there. Their Ts&Cs are not fair, are almost fraudulent & unfair on any player. Don't enable this shit! PLEASE.

I would like to emphasize, that according to our Fair Gambling Codex https://casino.guru/fair-gambling-codex-for-casinos#win-limits, we consider imposed win limit to be unfair and predatory, only when it’s applied to a real money game, however, we accept bonus T&Cs that restrict the maximum cash out from a bonus play.

It was the welcome bonus #2 (there are 5 of them for the same value, 50% + 50 free spins).

So, if I deposited $100 & wanted to  make a withdrawal after completing the wagering requirements (which were 50x bonus, not exactly free money is it), I could still only get $50? 

I know I won't get my money, I was hoping more for this casino to be abolished from sites like this, it's predatory. I could understand something like that for no deposit free spins etc which is industry standard, but this is on another level. This was 50 NZD also, which is about 28 Euro.

FYI the max cashout included the $30 deposit, so a gain of $20. Lucky I didn't deposit more.
