I get Christmas offer bonus of 75 euro. Before I play with this money I ask at live chat which is the max profit which I could withdraw from this offer and after a check which they done with the casino team they answered X10. So the max amount of the cash that I can have from this offer is 750 euros. The money that I have to bet before make a withdrawal is X40. So I have to bet 3000€ if I want to get 750 profit. So I start to play with the 75 euro and the god of luck come with me and the money went to almost 2.000 when I complete the X40 requirement. So I have in my mind that 750 of them will come to me and other 1250 stays at casino. They cheat me and they give me only 300 euros. I received payment yesterday, so I can confirm that this is a legit casino, and they do eventually pay but the processing time is very slow. In my particular case it was close to 2 weeks. I'm not very impressed by that, so while I do recommend Casinoly as a decent casino as everything else about them is pretty good, but if you're expecting fast payment then I strongly advise you to play elsewhere. If you're someone who gets impatient waiting and gets tempted to reverse the withdrawal and play down the balance, then I urge you to stay away from this site because the extended delays will frustrate you to bits and you will lose all your winnings. A rule that I have implemented for myself when gambling is... once I've submitted a withdrawal request I will never reverse it and play it down, no matter how long the wait is because sometimes I feel like this is what they want you to do so my number one rule for myself is to never touch the withdrawal even if it takes weeks or months. It's frustrating as hell waiting that long, but if you can wait it out, you do eventually get your money. But if you don't have control over this faculty, then yeah best to stay as far away as possible from this casino and their other brands under the same management. Save yourself the agony.

I'm glad I got paid but I'm not sure if I'd be a regular patron at this casino. They really should re-evaulate their processes because I'd imagine they would be losing a lot of returning players.

Everything about this casino is pretty good except for one thing, and it's a crucial one... withdrawal time. I won $3000 and submitted a withdrawal request a week ago and have still not received anything. Have contacted support on several occassions and they assure me that I will receive my winnings. I do believe that they are a legit casino and I will eventually be paid but the long wait for withdrawal is a major set back and I will probably avoid playing here in the future if withdrawals were to take this long everytime. Unless they improve in this department, I can only give this casino an average rating, which is ashame because everything else was great.

Casinoly site does not refund your winnings. I requested a withdrawal of 10,000 TL from the site on 17.01.2024, and my withdrawal request was rejected for no reason on 22.01.2024. When I tried to log in to my account, I saw that my account was disabled. I did not receive a response from the authorities, they said just send me an e-mail and they will get back to me, but there is no response. Do not trust this site and deposit money, you will not be able to get your earnings back.

Do not play at this casino!!!

I had a big hit in this casino and a balance of 9800 Euros. After cancelling my First withdrawal, i tried another method.
After i have seen that this was stated as deposit i tried to sort this out with the Support and all of a sudden they closed my Account and said that i wanted a permanent closer!! Why should i do that. All i wanted to do is withdrawal my Money.

I am shocked that Casino Guru gave this casino a high rating because it is clearly a scam. I urge them to remove the promoted link immediately and prevent players from falling victim to their fraudulent practices.

I deposited €1500 and won €900, but when I attempted to withdraw my winnings, I could only withdraw €500. Despite contacting support, they told me that the amount I could withdraw depended on my level, even though this was not mentioned in their terms and conditions. They provided a photo with withdrawal information, but this was still misleading.

Their website claims that withdrawals take 1-3 business days to process, so I withdrew €500 and played with the remaining €400. The next day, I contacted support to verify my account to avoid delays in payment, but they said it was unnecessary. I insisted on verifying my account and was given an email address to send my documents, but the email address was incorrect. When I contacted support again, they refused to provide the correct email and said that they would contact me if verification was necessary. I have never experienced this issue in any other casino.

I told them that I expected to receive an email in 5-10 days asking me to verify my account, and then I would have to wait an additional 10 days to complete the verification process. After that, I would have to wait even longer to receive my payment, which was unacceptable. They assured me that I did not need to verify my account and that I would receive my payment within 1-3 days. However, they gave me another email address to send my documents, which was also not working. I received an email stating that the verification process was not working at the moment.

On Tuesday, I contacted support again to inquire about my payment, and they told me that it would take 1-3 days to receive my payment, which was expected to arrive on Thursday or late Wednesday. When I contacted them on Wednesday, they told me to wait until Thursday, but on Thursday, they said it might take a bit longer and that I should expect my payment on Friday. I contacted them on Friday, and they assured me that I would receive my payment later that day, but I did not receive anything. Today, Saturday, I am convinced that I have been scammed.

Before I won, I purchased €40 of "free spins" on Gates of Olympus. After a few spins, the website went down, and I was unable to access it for about an hour. When I was finally able to log back in, the €40 was missing from my balance, and I did not know how much I had won, if anything. When I contacted support, they asked me to find the round, which I did and have a screenshot of. However, Casinoly did not return my money or winnings, and they claimed that they had checked everything and found no mistake on their part.

I have screenshots of every chat with support, my winnings, and all other evidence that proves their fraudulent activities. I caution everyone to avoid this casino and not fall victim to their scams. Do not make the same mistake I did. This casino is 100% a scam.

Update: After 14 days, they emailed me that my withdrawl failed and i had to choos another payment method. After 6 days and contacting support they told me that my withdrawl will be in my bank account at 1-3 days. After almost a week , i contact them again and told me that my withdrawl will have a delay because i re-submit it BUT they cancel my withdrawl!

Should be a no star's casino. Yikes 1 I experienced something I've never experienced prior at any other casino I've used. Your terms and services are ridiculous, what exactly would the bets of terms and services abiding guest look like?

My deposit via giropay in the amount of 500 EUR is not credited even after 8 days. All complaints via email or live chat were unsuccessful. I sent the transfer receipt via screenshot. I don't get an answer.

Do yourself and your account a favor and give this casino a very wide berth.

I've played at countless casino sites, but I've never seen anything rigged like this.
It always works according to the same principle, no matter which game you play, you lose.
Free spins come at most once after a deposit and bring almost nothing, no matter what stakes, whether 10 cents or 5 euros, there is nothing at all.

The chances of winning also decrease with every deposit you make.
This principle was also used by another, not unknown, online casino which strangely enough no longer exists.

Hi there ,
I've been playing online casino for over 15 years, but I've never experienced something so extreme.
I deposited over 20,000 in 3 weeks at Casinoly. Until I found out that it is a scam casino.
Exceptionally, I won €2,000 after I deposited €15,000. Although I never received a bonus, I never received any winnings. There was also no confirmation email.
Apparently, when you deposit money, you have to ask for the bonus in live chat. However, they don't know how to book it themselves. Nobody speaks German anyway. But when I asked for a deposit bonus, there were always some excuses, we weren't allowed to play before the bonus was posted, etc. The next time you do everything as instructed, you won't get the bonus anyway.
But the worst I've experienced. I played Dragon Luck with a stake of 2 euros. I have often received playout. The winnings were around 300-1,000 euros in the bonus rounds.
Then, after winning another 7 spins lead, I was kicked out of the game. After that I had to log in again and restart the game. Suddenly the plays were gone. Got it on screenshot. Because after that it happened again. And that 4 times.
Every time I restarted the game I got different error messages.
