I was given no deposit free spins which after wagering the max cash out is $75. That's fine. Wagering was either 50 or 60 x spin winnings I think. Anyway I completed wagering, requested $75 withdrawal using crypto as the only available methods to cash out are crypto or bank transfer. I would have chosen bank transfer but the minimum amount is $250. So my only other option is crypto but they say no I can't use crypto because the winnings aren't from a crypto deposit.

I've only used Mastercard or neosurf to deposit. There are no ewallet options for withdrawal, only crypto or bank transfer.

I thought maybe if I make a crypto deposit it would allow me to cash out the $75 winnings with crypto. No, still can't do it.

So basically I can't cash out the $75 winnings no way no how.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did the casino offer you any alternate way to withdraw your funds? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hiya. Yeah all verified etc. I tried to cancel this complaint because after I wrote them a very strongly worded email informing them I had made a formal complaint on a gambling forum and my next move was to let the greater gambling community know about their shonky antics, the withdrawal was swiftly processed using the 'strictly prohibited' crypto method.
