AFTER 2 TWO WEEKS CASINO 1 TELL ME I HAVE NOT RESPECTED THEIR 30% PROCEDURE SO THEY CANCEL THE WITHDRAVALL OF 250 EUROS AND REFUND ME 30 EUROS AMOUNT OF MY DEPOSIT .

THIS CASINO IS TOO LOUD AND SLOW WITH INCOMPREHENSIBLE RULES AND BAD EMPLOYEES .

I PLAYED ON LINE SINCE MORE TEN YEARS AND CONFIRM THE BAD IMAGE OF THIS CASINO TO BE AVOIDED .

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Do I understand correctly that you’ve accumulated your winnings with active bonus? I have checked general bonus terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://www.casino1club.com/general-terms-conditions/?lang=en:

"Bonus Betting Rules:

Placing wagers that are 30% or more then the value of the bonus (the smallest one among them) currently in play within the bonus wagering requirements are fulfilled.

Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the smallest Cashback Bonus currently in play.

Purchasing in-game features including but not limited to free spins with a total bet amount of 30% or greater than the value of the deposit or bonus (the smallest one among them) currently in play.

Switching the game category from Slots to Table or Other games while placing bets using the bonus amount before the bonus wagering requirements are filled.

Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the sum of the comp points redeemed."

 

Are you aware of placing single bet greater than the maximum allowed one?

If you are aware of placing higher bets then the allowed ones, sadly, there is not much we can do to support your case at this time. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed.

Thank you for your explications so i think i made any bet in roulette more than 30% . In spite of that this casino is really bad comparatively others as Unique or Lucky8 ...
