The player from Finland self-excluded from several casinos belonging to the Betsson group due to gambling addiction. Later, he opened an account with CasinoWinner, where he lost 12760 EUR. CasinoWinner claims they aren't privy to information from sister sites. Since this issue happened over a year ago, we had to reject the complaint.

I was self-excluded from sites owned by Betsson group (Nordicbet, Betsafe and Betsson). I had gambling addiction. After that, I opened an account with CasinoWinner and lost 12760 EUR in two days. They say that they can not refund beacuse each site has its own exclusion procedure and they cant see information from other sites. I m sure that Betsson group did know my gambling addiction. My bets were way too high. Customer service did not say anything about that. They say that my self-exclusion was just local. I closed my CasinoWinner account and that was global self-exclusion. Betsson group refunded 1610 EUR from Rizk and Guts casinos. I ask them to refund all my losses (12 760 EUR).

I apologize but we regret to inform you that we cannot assist you with your request. As it has been more than a year since the initial request was made, we are unable to proceed with an investigation. This is considered a "cold case", and our policy dictates that we cannot pursue issues that occurred over a year ago. The gathering of evidence and construction of a timeline would be extremely challenging, if not impossible.

Due to the aforementioned reason, this complaint will now be rejected. Thank you for your understanding, I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with this or any other casino in the future.
