since then I have tried many times to withdraw

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that your withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed or it has been processed but never reached you? Have you received confirmation regarding successful account verification? Which payment method you have opted for?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but two months is an unusually long time.

Yes thank you 15 days ago I received notification it had been verified , and it would take between 5-15 days however that time has run out, I have a actually withdrawn this about five times only on the last time with me having to met their changing demands every time was it verified. They have only blocked my account or disabled it in the last few days when they realised I wasn’t going to give up. I have records of all conversations in the chats , I have always been polite and honest they have always seemed helpful. However monies have still not been returned and account now disabled . Super frustrating they take our money instantly but never return any promised winnings. Disappointing thanks for your assistance

Thank you very much for your help I have provided them with many sources of I’d and finally a completed voucher they wanted photo I’d , bank statement and withdrawing it using that account many times . I would love a resolution thank you Petronela for your help byevsonia

Omg I don’t believe it I have actually been paid into my account today exactly two months after trying first attempt at withdrawal . It’s unbelievable I always thought I would be paid by then but much sooner as the customer service very good. Shame they disabled my account as they must nit like players winning money. ALSO I HAVE A QUESTION HOW ARE THEY ABLE TO ACCESS OUR money instantly yet visa or whoever has held it up some 15 days in processing it not to mention the casinos delaying payments of winning.
