Due to technical difficulties with our payment provider at the time, we were unable to send the funds to the player because no transfers were allowed to Ukrainian bank accounts. 

 

The funds have been returned to the player's balance and he would have been able to request a new withdrawal once our issues were resolved. There were no new withdrawal requests made by the player since October however, and the funds have remained available in his balance.

 

In order to resolve this complaint as quickly as possible, we have now sent the funds to player's bank account manually and he should have them within the next couple of days depending on the speed with which the banks involved will process the transaction.
