The player from United Kingdom has requested a withdrawal. Unfortunately, the payment seems to be delayed and the account was blocked by a player herself. Stephanie got paid after reviewing a complaint by Casino.

After sending multiple emails regarding my pending withdrawal ive had no contact or confirmation from casionlab. Phone number is no good as they arent there. The live chat is automated so no use whatsoever. Ive since closed my account as i think it could be a scam. Ive lost out on £50 which may not seem alot but to me it was.

Only had email to say my account was closed.......funny that

Dear Stephanie,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem delayed withdrawal. Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without active bonus? Do I understand correctly that your account has been blocked? Did you receive any explanation?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Petronela

I withdrew on the 4th of dec with no email or confirmation of withdrawal process. Ive sent 3 emails and done several 'live chats' to which is automated and no use. I also tried ringing the contact number provide to no avail. So with this i closed my account this morning. And i couple of hours ago after closing i recieved an email regarding my withdrawal not being processed in which it said they will get back to me but im not holding my breath

I have finally managed to speak to an actual live host on casionlab. He said that my withdrawal is still pending and that no documents were required. Ive asked to reopen my account to check the status of my withdrawal which i have to wait up to 24 hours to reactivated. He also said he would put a not on my file to try and get the withdrawal processed quicker
