I won 12.60 from the free no deposit bonus i done the waggering and the kyc but still cant withdraw the money they reject me everytime say "its problem with our payment provider" so i cant withdraw with another payment option because the withdraw limit its 20 euro

The payment providers may impose limits for the transactions. Have you tried to communicate an option to deposit more funds into your account, and without completing mandatory deposit wagering, to request a new withdrawal?

the problem is the still have active to use as payment method "Advcash" (the withdraw limit there its ok) but they keep reject my payment

its problem from casino they say they cant pay me because my currency its euro and they pay on ruble. They gonna contact with payment provider to found solution and they gonna send me email!
