After depositing 8374 SEK, my account was suddenly closed without any clear explanation. I’ve tried contacting their support team multiple times, but every time I send an email, they instantly close it without replying or addressing my concerns.
This behavior is deeply unprofessional and concerning. I feel completely scammed, and the stress of this situation has made it impossible for me to sleep at night. A reputable casino should prioritize transparency and customer support, but Casiniea has shown neither.
