As Mr. akisane wrote earlier, the history on the Casibee side may be displayed as [Unknown] regardless of the deposit method. [The deposit methods I know to be [Unknown] are ecoPayz, Jeton, and AstroPay. ] If this history becomes [Unknown], the player will suffer the damage of the defect. Even if there is no fault on the player side.
Currently, if you fall into this pattern and want to withdraw, you can only make international remittances, and you cannot withdraw by the means of deposit. There is no flexibility such as making a deposit record again. I don't seem to be willing to make the response flexible in the future. Even though Jeton has a history of remittances to Casibee, it is one of the international remittances. AstroPay does not even display the history on the AstroPay side.
There is a notation on the Casibee site that allows domestic bank remittance, but it is not implemented. I personally negotiate to make the response flexible, but I can't expect much.
It is random whether Casibee's chat will also lead to support time. Most do not connect. If the content of the email is not bland, you will receive a reply, but for difficult problems, it may take a month to reply or it may be left unattended.
To be honest, I haven't reached the level where I can do business. I would like you to temporarily stop the business itself, strengthen the system and support system, and start over. Casinos that can only withdraw by the means of deposit are common, but even the means of deposit can not be withdrawn or it is over. You shouldn't expect it to be as smooth as any other casino.
Those who want to deposit and withdraw using the payment service should not play this casino. The support and deposit / withdrawal system is not working properly.
There are no announcements on the site or on Twitter, even though there are multiple events in the history [Unknown], not just me. It seems that the notification to the affiliate site has not been made. In that state, the support chat is not connected properly and the reply to the inquiry email is slow, but Casibee's Twitter is more annoyed that the content is updated. I'm not good at using SNS. I think it's because the marketing department and the finance department are different.

The bottom line is "a vendor that shouldn't be used (yet)". There are four reasons.
1. The deposit record is not recorded correctly Whether it is Astropay or bank transfer, the deposit record is not recorded correctly and all the deposit history is recorded as "Unknown". For this reason, when I try to withdraw money, the support says "I can't withdraw money because I don't have a deposit record" and I can't help it.
2. The place to submit the KYC is not displayed. The support person says, "There is a place to submit the KYC somewhere on the site, so get it from there." The way it is.
3. Since there is no one in the chat all the time, you can virtually only make inquiries by email. I really need to interact with support because of bugs like 1 and 2, but chat is always empty and not working at all.
4. Even if you make an inquiry by e-mail, it will be left for a month. Since the chat is not working, the communication with the support is practically one e-mail, but this e-mail is left for about a month.
