Hello , I registered with cashed casino , deposited 400 euro using my visa card (without bonuses or free spins ) , I played for a while and have 500 euro on my account. I tried to withdrawal it on 10.08.2024 (to the same visa card I made deposit ) my withdrawal request was pending until 18.08.2024 and on 18 of august it was canceled by Cashed casino . I reached out to chat support and asked why my withdrawal request was cancelled ? Support agent told me "due to technical issues with payment provider" and asked me to submit another request which I did on the same day (18.08.2024) . it is still pending as of 24.08.2024 which is clear breach of Cashed terms and conditions as in 6.15 it is saying that all withdrawal requests will be processed within 3 business days. I asked chat support if any actions required from my side on which they told me "not at this time and I should receive money shortly " . I can provide screenshots of my chats with cashed support if required Could you please help me with my issue?

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you try to use a different withdrawal method? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that we recommend to wait at least 14 days for your withdrawal to be processed specially if it’s your first ever request.

Thank you so much for coming back to me.


I spoke to them 2 days ago .


My account still not verified, I asked multiple times to chat support if any actions required from my side on which they said "no , everything is fine "


Yes , it is my 1st withdrawal from Cashed casino . I only used visa for withdrawal as it is the same method I deposited (same visa card )


Last time they kept my withdrawal for 8 days and cancelled it , tomorrow will be 8 days from my second attempt and I am sure they will cancel it

Hello Nick , yesterday it was canceled again by cashed casino (after 8 days pending) I reached out to live support and they asked me to clear cookies and cache and submit another request without reasons why my request was canceled (3 rd one now ) so yesterday I did as instructed and as pay out methods I selected bank transfer hoping they will proceed it .Over all I am trying to withdrawal money since 10.08.2024 which is 19 days now.
