This casino is rejecting my withdrawals without any explanation. All my documents are approved. They just answer everytime that this issue is forwarded to "relevant team" but still get rejection. I am using Skrill withdrawal.

My account was verified 5.7.2024. I was playing with real money and no bonus involved. Today they once again rejected my withdrawal and i asked them why and response was "we are still working on your issue and the case is forwarded to the highest department" . Same kind of answer everyday after withdrawal is rejected. One time they answered that my transaction should be completed within 24 hours but it was rejected

Now my withdrawal is approved and got my funds using crypto for withdraw. There was some technical issue with Skrill withdrawal and they are still working on it.
