Hi

I was given free spins. Have not made a deposit but won R65000. I made a with drawl of R40000. I was not requested to make a deposit to play the free spins. Will I still get paid out my withdrawal

Thank you very much for your query. I’ve checked up some information for you and I found these terms (https://www.blackdiamondslots.net/en-FI/help)in the casino:

"The maximum withdrawal limits from a free chip, depending on your VIP level, are:

a. VIP Basic and VIP Silver Level Members have a €100 maximum withdrawal limit per free bonus per week;

b. VIP Gold Level Members have a €200 maximum withdrawal limit per free bonus per week;

c. VIP Platinum Level Members have a €300 maximum withdrawal limit per free bonus per week;

d. VIP Titanium Level Members have a €400 maximum withdrawal limit per free bonus per week;

e. VIP Master Level Members have a €500 maximum withdrawal limit per free bonus per week."

Therefore I don’t think it’s possible for you to withdraw the full amount and will be deducted based on your VIP Level.

Another important term:

"In order to withdraw winnings originating from free chips, you must have made a deposit within five (5) days of the withdrawal being processed.

Once the withdrawal from a free bonus is approved, the remaining balance from the winnings corresponding to the free bonus in question will be voided."

In this case you will have to make a deposit in the casino and after that you will be able to withdraw your winnings within the next 5 days.
