BitFiring Casino Review

I have played at a number of online casinos in my life (and been made VIP at several), but never have I been treated so despicably as with BitFiring.

While wagering a bonus from a $500 deposit, working it up to $7000, they suspended my account without notice. Then they closed my account.

I asked what terms I had violated and here is their response:

"Your account was permanently closed per the administration's decision.

The Company can close the player's account at its sole discretion and is not obliged to provide any reasons whatsoever."

So basically they have confiscated/stolen over $7000 from me without any explanation.

1000% completely unsatisfied. I won pretty huge, only for my account to end up suspended. I spent countless hours trying to reach their support via the chat option yet it didn't work. i tried to contact them through email and I got a reply that said my email could not be delivered. Then for the first time finally got through, but was told to contact there support through email. So I did so, and then finally got a s response... I was told I tried to forge results? Like I'm sorry but I don't even know what that means. I've asked for further clarification, but I have yet to receive a reply. So complete the disappointed as I am not a technically literate individual, to be accused of doing something I don't even know how to do or understand had left me scratching my head utterly disappointed and completely unsatisfied.


I am. Not now, nor have I every cheated. I hope there is a chance to have this error corrected as I've never felt more let down. I fear they're just not willing to honour my win.

Update...I still don't understand why then my account has been terminated as what ever happened was errors on behalf of your servers not anything I did intentionally...how am to trust that any information ya'll provide isn't doctor from what it, because had I seen a single of my spins payout without a winning combination I certainly would have said something. As I have with other casino in the past because some provide compensation for pointing such things out. not to mention two of my friends watched the success I had.
If I'm under the impression none of my spins were errored and on your end but not mine certainly I shouldnt be at fault of losing my account??? Further more why was my account only suspended if such activity was consistent with the repeative behavior you claim why was my account flagged Sooner.
There is literally so many inconsistency with the position and " truths" your attempt to define your position by. One of the most glaring that my account was only suspended prior to finally getting a hold of ya'll... why only terminate my account upon my sucsess of finally getting through to ya'll? Had it been for the reason your claiming should I have not been notified upon attempting to login that my account was terminated? Or simple find my account not there at all?
Because I just tried again and it still says my account is suspended. Which reflect the fact ya'll claim my account was terminated is a lie. Further certifying my belief ya'll aren't being honest because you don't wanna honour the pay out...
This whole putting the burden to provide proof on the client is so screwed. As a user of many casino, and having my fair share of difficulty never once have I reached out to a site like this to get answer I was being denied via asking them to clarify whatever it was I didn't understand.
Why did I need casino guru to learn of these things ya'll simply couldn't have clarified via the channels I attempted to seek resolution via my own efforts?
It's like I won't lie I thought it was completely baffling how I could have been so lucky. As I said I've been around the casino scene losing losing and losing some more. Almost to the point where I've consider something Must be wrong as the payout our so few and far between it doesn't make any to me how one can lose so much. Yet here with ya'll I'm being told the opposite..so either I'm winning, but my results reflect lose on my end...for whatever reason with your casino I got to see wins on my end but not your server end? Cuz I can't just be cheat with no success everywhere else, but be successful at your casino? But if you could explain how or why someone who ain't doing anything illicit yet under there own belief due to their lack of technical knowledge should be held responsible in relation to having Their account terminated and or what was being exploited or an avuene I could get these answers addressed, I'd accept your decision of retracting my winnings in hope the direction ya'll pointed me could provide me the comfort that a resolution can be achieved over all and regardless of casino I go to, stand the chance to lose or win like everyone else.
Cuz I can't stand here accepting other casino could potentially get away with the same thing ya'll are now if I was to "win" while at the same time also need to accept that regardless of whether I had recorded the entirety of my spins, that they'd not be honored, just as other casino have denied any inconsistencies i believe might exists yet they'd never admit such unless my evidence matched there records.
This is wrong on so many levels.

Im so disappointed i just signup and was playing fine then all of the sudden my account was suspended for no reason reach out in the chat room and nothing they took my 100 dollars in bitcoin so mad just when I thought every thing went well then all of the sudden they pull the rug under my feet not right i hate this website that are not honest and don’t treat their customers with respect it’s a horrible feeling when your winning and they pull the rug under you .

Reply I have made many attempts to log in to chat to get an explanation also attempts to email your support email but was sent back. Please provide a working email to send you all the information also I never conducted in any illegal action or would ever do such action all I do was enjoy your games, also all I ask is allow me to restore my account and play thru what I have or please return my $100 in Bitcoin to my account. I can now honestly say that this could of been a miss understanding it lead to prove Bitfiring is a new casino but I shows me they were responsible and not afraid to resolve issues thank you Bitfiring for having integrity to give online players the confidence they want when playing online casinos.
