I registered there over a year ago or so and made a few small deposits, luckily not big ones 😤 and yes, on the 4th I received a bonus which I had to play up to €2000. I mastered this successfully and then of course I got a lucky streak and I have been able to work my way up to €150,000 today, which is sensational. I had already requested a withdrawal of €12,000 before this but this took 3 days rather than 8 hours and then today I received an email from them saying that I should send all my paperwork, actually it says in the guide that you don't need to do any annoying KCY. Well, I sent it off straight away of course and my account was blocked so that I no longer have access. Since my mother also registered there before, I went in with her account today and had to find out that I was no longer listed on the whole best lists, which means I am telling them that they have manipulated my entire profile. I probably never existed and was regressed but with a win of 150,000€ I would of course do everything not to pay out I never had a double account with them and only deposited with me well I am now suing against it but with little prospect of anything positive it is just a shame that we players always have the bad luck when it comes to large sums that are simply not paid out

I asked what terms I had violated and here is their response:

So basically they have confiscated/stolen over $7000 from me without any explanation.

1000% completely unsatisfied. I won pretty huge, only for my account to end up suspended. I spent countless hours trying to reach their support via the chat option yet it didn't work. i tried to contact them through email and I got a reply that said my email could not be delivered. Then for the first time finally got through, but was told to contact there support through email. So I did so, and then finally got a s response... I was told I tried to forge results? Like I'm sorry but I don't even know what that means. I've asked for further clarification, but I have yet to receive a reply. So complete the disappointed as I am not a technically literate individual, to be accused of doing something I don't even know how to do or understand had left me scratching my head utterly disappointed and completely unsatisfied.
