Hello guys,


I've been playing at this casino for a few months now and have made some small dogecoin withdrawals (about $200-$300). On July 2nd, I requested a dogecoin withdrawal ($730) but I have not been paid yet. I sent a message from their site 3 days ago but no reply. I have texted 4 people in the last week and they all say they will send me the money soon. I always received my money within 2-3 days.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that we recommend to wait at least 14 days for your verification/withdrawal to be processed specially if it’s your first ever request.

Hi, I have never been asked for verification. Until now I had no problems with withdrawals up to 3 days I received them with Dogecoin. I play with real money and do not use bonuses. 2 days ago was the last time we wrote live on the site. I explained the situation and again like the previous times they said the money I will receive the money as soon as possible. Yesterday I requested another withdrawal for $320 to see if I get that too. Today I sent my account details to mike@bitdice.me to help with the issue.
