I've been waiting a week for my 15 litecoin withdrawal from bitdice.me, the support in live chat have only been able to tell me that they will notify the financial team and there is no update yet when I ask about its status. I'm concerned that there isn't any real efforts being made to process my withdrawal so I requested a Screenshot of my withdrawal status but support told me they aren't authorized to send me one.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. It's unusual for a casino to process withdrawals the way that they do. There has been no update from the finance team at all I'm told by support when I ask. But there are players reporting withdrawals being processed within 24 hours of requesting them.
