I deposited Rs 2000 on July 19 2024 to BigBoost casino using GPay. It is more than 24 hours now and I still don't see the amount credited to my account.


I wrote several mails to BigBoost support, escalated the case further on their chat. Shockingly they never responded. This is a BIG SCAM!! Don't deposit any money in this casino. You never know what will happen to your hard earned money. DISGUSTING!!!!

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate but bear in mind that it’s a complicated process that might take approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied. I would also strongly recommend against depositing any more funds until the issue is resolved.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it will take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Thank you very much Tomas for your detailed response explaining what could possibly have happened in my case.


Fortunately today I received a response from casino's support team asking for details/proof of my transaction - date of deposit, UTR no etc. I have sent them Gpay payment receipt which contains all the required info. They seem to be very keen to resolve the matter and expedite the credit of my deposit. Hopefully issue will be addressed in few days. I will follow-up further in case of any delay. Will keep you posted.

Yes Tomas I finally got the money back after huge struggle and Casino Guru help! Won't play on this casino anymore.


Based on Casino Guru recommendation, I'm now playing on MostBet casino and find it great.
