My account should be verified corretly, but still my withdraw says pending. Tried to ask from biamo support how long should it take to withdraw to be accepted or is there any problem with it, but wont get any proper answers, just to wait..

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Could you please clarify when exactly you requested this withdrawal? Have you made any successful withdrawals before?

Hi.


Send documents to casino 12.11.2022, got email wich says account is verified, and on same day got email that my withdraw is approved. Still on casino site withdraw is on pending state. I understand that after withdraw is done from casino side, it takes some time to funds arive, but cant undrstand why withdraw says pending.
