The player from Germany had his bonus cancelled after 10 days, however, the expiry date was supposed to be 30 days. The complaint was closed as rejected as the player stopped responding.

I checked the bonus T&Cs and I found this:
„After getting a bonus, the bonus is valid for 10 days, within 10 days all tickets made by bonus need to be closed or else they will not be counted into wagering requirements."

You can see that the 2 different terms and conditions were changed 3 times in the current month and have screenshots where the account balance was € 3800 with 100% bonus turnover when we wanted to pay out was then extended to 30 days again downgraded to 33% in the hope that you gambled everything away and then the opposite happened you won 8000 € and the sales condition was 45% as you can see in the screenshot the last status was 9.12.2020 betting account 7000 € 65% bonus condition on 10.12.2020 bonus condition arbitrarily changed so that you do not have to pay out and betting account set to 0 € an absolute scandal uncover it and please help me more screenshots follow evidence and protect other players from this criminal betting site
