Player complained the casino accused him of duplicate account first, then accused him that he had self-excluded himself and his account was closed, all funds seized. Player was asking why the casino let him open a new account, deposit and play and only later told him he was not allowed to. The casino proposed to return his initial deposit. No reaction from the casino, no more update since then.
