The player from the United Kingdom is unable to withdraw his winnings because the casino insists on using the same method he deposited with (VISA), which is not an option offered in the withdrawal section. He can only see the bank transfer option, which is not applicable as his bank does not have a BIC/SWIFT code. A few days after we invited the casino representative to the thread, the player informed us that the problem was sorted out. Therefore, we consider the complaint resolved.

They will not allow me to withdraw.


They say I must withdraw to the same method as I deposited with (VISA).


There is no option for this in the withdraw section. Only bank transfer and my bank does not have a BIC / SWIFT code.


How can i withdraw to the same method if its not an option?

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

  • Could you please advise if you have been informed about any alternative method to withdraw your winnings?
  • Was your account verified successfully in the past?

Account has been fully verified.


I have another bank account that does have a bic / swift code. I verified this but they won't let me withdraw to this.


The website states player must withdraw using the SAME METHOD. The method was Visa!


They have to offer a solution. This is out of order.

Been still trying to resolve this myself. Had this statement from a live chat. They say they will help me but still not resolved. I don't believe them but we wait and see. Would still like your help.
