We’ll…. Where do I start? In short I’m extremely disappointed and unhappy with my treatment and experience I’ve had with this site. At first impression I thought that there was a fair selection of decent games but the minimum deposit of €20 came as quite the shock but not as much as the minimum withdrawal amount of €100. Maybe I should have took this as sign to stay well away from this site but foolishly I continued. And to my surprise I happened to win a substantial amount of £1541.45 which I was delighted with and decided that I was going to withdraw €1000. I was aware that a could take 3 days to get to my account but more than 3 days had passed and still no sign and after me contacting the help line to express my concerns nothing was done to help me and I was left with the same robotic answers I always seemed to get when expressing my concerns. And what’s seriously crafty about this site is that you can cancel a pending withdrawal at any time! Just a coincidence that my withdrawal seem to take longer than useful and this site had this feature? I think not and I believe it’s put in place for the exact situation I’ve found myself in. So after having no luck with my issue and concerns that this might not be a trust worthy site I decided to cancel the pending withdrawal and play the funds because I was under the impression that I wasn’t going to see these funds anyway and I might aswelll. But to my surprise I ended up winning in excess of €10,000. And I decided that I was going to ‘TRY’ and withdraw roughly €9000. And I was told that the maximum you could withdraw each day was €2000 which was fine I understood that but again the time on the withdrawals where longer that what is stated on the site and again led me to believe that this was a scam. Eventually all the money was gone and nothing was withdrawn. Devastated but I was willing to accept the situation as it was and instead just asked for some sort of appreciation bonus in return and I asked for this a few times may I add. In comparison I played with €67,000 euros which I had won and played with on this site and I was only offered in instalments €544.98 in bonus. I personally wasn’t happy with what I was offered in bonuses which were at most giving  €100 euros at a time. I also expressed my other concern that I felt that when I was using these bonus funds that they were definitely rigged by the site so that I wasn’t winning on 99% of the spins. Again I expressed my concerns and nothing was done to help me by the people at Betti casino. I also stated that I would like to take my issues further with the people that run the site and I was again left with the same robotic answers that I always received. And when ever I asked a question they always replied with an irrelevant answer to the subject in question and overall just came across as seriously unprofessional and not in the slightest bit helpful. Just to add to my situation my account was only created on the 18 of July 2023. I’ve recently read and seen that a few other customers experienced similar situation to what I’ve had with this site and this clearly proves that it is not us that is wrong and it is the site in question the ones in the wrong. 

So In conclusion if you’d like a terrible experience with a betting site and would like to lose money and not be able to receive any winnings then Betti casino is the site for you but if you are the majority of people that don’t want to loose their money and would like to receive winning then stay well away from this site.
