The player from India had been waiting for a withdrawal from Betstarexch for a month. After the initial notification of withdrawals being under verification, the player's account was blocked and live chat support had not provided a resolution. The player had been with the casino for six months and his account was blocked on 8th December 2023. He had earned his winnings through a live game called Crazy Time and did not use any bonus. The casino did not request any verification documents but informed him that his account and withdrawals were under verification. We had asked the player to provide correspondence with the casino and it had been sent to us. We had then invited the casino to provide their side of the situation.

At first I have withdrawn the amount of 50k and then 20k from betstarexch

They told me that withdrawal is under verification later they blocked my account now it's been 45 days still no response

When I does live chat support they tell me to wait for 24 hours daily it's been 45 days now

1.It's been 6 months iam playing the casino in betstarexch

My account was blocked on 8-12-2023

2.When I try to log in it shows me that "your account has been temporarily blocked contact the live support"

3.I earned the money by playing live game called crazy time and crazy time A

4. No bonus it's all winning amount

5. They don't suggest me to verify any documents but it says that my account and my withdrawals are in verification

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. I will close the complaint as "unresolved" which will decrease the casino rating. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the change in the rating caused by unresolved complaints might help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint, and you will be notified by email. Also, the casino is not licensed, so I cannot recommend you to contact any Gaming Authority.
