Casino keeps lying...saying they av transfered money to my acc...and that my bank is checking it...i av contacted my bank and there is no transactions or money waiting....and casino operators in chat jst keep saying same stuff for more than 2 weeks now...

Yes,i ad 1 succssful withdraw befor...for 700€...KYC...casino didnt ask me for that...my winings is nothing to do with bonuses..so no.

Thank you for your reply, Kasparsnespars. Could you please advise when exactly you made the last successful withdrawal and how many days did it take to be processed? Which payment method to withdraw your winnings have you opted for? Was it the same one you used before?

Helo,last secsseful withdrawal was on 19th of september...i got it aftet 2 days on 21th...i depsit from my bank and did get on my acc.And then i on 22th of septembre i made withdrawal...and still waiting...they just keep promising...ill ad some screens of casino...each day since then....jst lies bout that they av transfered money...
