So after going into live chat again today to a new operator they have now honoured the bonus in the emailm complaint has been sortedm I'm still unsure as to why the first Operator said I couldn't get the bonus yet the 2nd live chat support said no problem and credited it. Either way will not be returning to bets.io that's for sure. You can mark this complaint as solved thank you

Basically what happened was I received an email from this casino saying free 100 BTC no deposit which is shown in the image attached. I then head to the casino add the bonus code and nothing happened. I then contact live support who then told me no sorry you can't get this bonus. Asked for an explanation and got nothing but bot responses. They emailed me I didn't email them asking for anything I've made one deposit at this casino.

Anyway so after the first Operator said no sorry I left it I then contacted support the next day who have since credited said bonus since me making this complaint.


So in fact they have now honoured the bonus in the email so you can mark complaint as solved. Thank you
