The player from Ireland had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings hadn't been obtained up to that day. The player claimed the casino cancelled all withdrawal attempts, despite being fully verified and trying various withdrawal methods. However, the player failed to respond to our inquiries within the given time frame, which resulted in us being unable to investigate further. Consequently, the complaint was rejected.

Shocking had my withdrawal cancelled 6 times! I have tried to take it to multiple bank accounts all been declined I asked if I could deposit crypto and take that way they told me yes on live chat and yet they still cancelled my withdrawal and said I wasn’t allowed to do that! 


Just jump through hopes not to pay money back to the customers we make the casino what it is! If it wasn’t for us your customers yous wouldn’t have a casino in the first place! It’s daylight robbery top scammers!

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

Hi it’s nothing to do with KYC it’s just a scam casino I’m fully verified I have tried all the different withdrawal options and they cancel every single one of them. I spoke to someone on live chat because they kept cancelling my bank account one they said if I make I deposit with crypto I can withdraw my money through crypto so I made another deposit into my account with dogecoin I made a withdrawal with crypto and they cancelled it again! Every time I go on live chat they just tell me to wait 8 hours and I will get my withdrawal but after 8 hours they just cancel it again and give me more bull on live chat!
