We are talking a $10 bet in general play.not a tiny bonus 20 cent 50 free spins..the bet $10 bet had nothing to.do with the winning bet at all. It wouldnt even get you beer in a real casino. The bet that won was a $5 bet. Them i lost $3000 ?. They were fine taking my $10 bets when I was losing . I mean a $10 bet in a casino is Irregular. Christ wouldn't even get you a table a half the poker tables in real casinos. They know there's nothing anyone can do about it ,so they just make stuff up

To start with that dosent match what the casino sent me after i played through $55000. it waa point 6.14 see screen shot of there response. I wasn't aware or I wouldn't have done it. I just bet how I normally I would if I had to play through $50,000

So if your deposited $20 then ur total bonus is say $80 play through at 50 X equals $400. A Max bet of $5 is reasonable.

But when like me you deposited can't remember exactly how much but around $300 so total bonus $1200 with a play through total approx $50,000+ not forgetting there is a pretty short time frame it has to be done by a Max bet under $10 is completely ridiculous and probably impossible.

You ask any casino player in the world playing any game at and has to bet $50,000 + that a $10 bet is Classed as Irregular play or abuse and any winnings taken and u may get Kicked out. They would laugh at you.

Are you actually understanding the simplicity of this. No one in the world having to bet $50,000 + would even consider doing it with a Max bet under $10.

Also NOT FORGETTING I ONLY LOST ON THE $10 bets. The winning bet was a $5.

This is ment to be gambling where every now and then we have a win. But if they put in fine print every way of normal betting is illegal,abuse call it whatever,then its no longer gambling .

P.s. it took them 4-5 days to come up with that 6.14 reason. Bet u $10 it wasn't even there and they added it .

Say you checked into a hotel and in the 20,000 word fine print it said they have the right to rob you or steal from you and kick you out. And they stole $4000 out of your bank account n you went to someone who's ment to be on your side. And there response was:it's in the 20,000 word fine print so nothing we can do

well think you would pretty well be upset about the hole thing.

This happened to me at Tangiers casino with $7000, in their fine print it said they dont need any reason to not pay you they just can. I mean come on.

Just say you won the Xlotto n you went to claim your price and they sorry were not paying you . Why? It's in the fine print we don't need a reason.

I do understand your point of view, Phantom05. However, there’s an important principle that says, "ignorance of the law is no excuse". It means that you can’t defend your actions by arguing you didn’t know they were illegal or forbidden, even if you honestly did not realize you were breaking the rules.

If you are aware of placing higher bets than the allowed ones, sadly, there is not much we can do to support your case at this time. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed.

There is a fine print and a fine print, Phantom05. Of course, it is not fair if the casino says: "we can do whatever we want". However, there is a difference between confiscating the winnings without any reason or after a player breached the maximum bet rule.
