The player from Sweden is experiencing difficulties withdrawing funds via Trustly. This complaint was successfully resolved.
I deposited money through Trustly on Betamo and chose not to receive any bonus. When I would withdraw my profits, Trustly was not an option. I heard from customer support who asked me to transfer money via credit card instead. This didn't work either. Wrote to customer support again to ask if they could change my currency to EUR instead of USD as Trustly was an alternative to EUR, the answer was "can you do it yourself?". The last option I can use is ecopayz and after reading reviews about it I am not very keen on starting an account there.

I created an account with Betamo myself, to check if I will be able to change the currency, and it’s very easy to do so. Inside your account – balance – you can add currency and to choose your active/preferred one:
