The player from Sweden is experiencing difficulties withdrawing funds via Trustly. This complaint was successfully resolved.
I deposited money through Trustly on Betamo and chose not to receive any bonus. When I would withdraw my profits, Trustly was not an option. I heard from customer support who asked me to transfer money via credit card instead. This didn't work either. Wrote to customer support again to ask if they could change my currency to EUR instead of USD as Trustly was an alternative to EUR, the answer was "can you do it yourself?". The last option I can use is ecopayz and after reading reviews about it I am not very keen on starting an account there.
Jag satte in pengar via Trustly på Betamo och valde att inte få någon bonus. När jag skulle ta ut min vinst var inte Trustly ett alternativ. Jag hörde av mig till kundsupporten som bad mig föra över pengar via kontokort istället. Detta funkade inte heller. Skrev till kundsupporten igen för att fråga om de kunde ändra min valuta till EUR istället för USD i och med att Trustly var ett alternativ för EUR, fick svaret att "det kan du väl göra själv?". Sista alternativet jag kan använda mig av är ecopayz och efter att ha läst recensioner om det är jag inte särskilt sugen på att starta ett konto där.
