My recent experience is a freaking disaster and their Support is awful. They basically stole my money. We don’t know what happened (the address *was* correct), and I don’t blame the casino for this. I don't know, I guess it happens or maybe they made a mistake, we'll never know.
After I provided clear proof of non-receipt, the casino made a second transaction—but this time sent the funds to an address that doesn’t belong to me. I submitted the proof that this was NOT my address, but the casino refuses to admit their error and is blaming me, saying that I gave them this adresse (which is completely random). They admitted they don't have any proof that I submitted the wrong ETH address. I have the proof that I did provide the right one. They still won't send me my money. My complaint is now under investigation with the Kahnawake regulator. Play elsewhere if you value your money.

He could not provide me with any evidence. I attempted to make multiple deposits at Banzai Casino on April 29, 2025, but only one deposit of €64 was successfully credited to my casino account. The next day, on April 30, 2025, I discovered that money had been debited from my card twice: once for the €64 (which was correctly credited) and an additional €60 that never appeared in my Banzai account. Therefore, I never played with that money.
I then contacted live chat support, who said he would look into my issue. He asked me to send screenshots of my bank statement, which I did immediately. But after I sent everything, I waited over 40 minutes – no response. Tyler presumably disappeared on his coffee break and simply didn't get back to me.
