I have a very disappointing experience with BallersBet. After winning money, I completed the KYC verification process without issue. A few days later, I couldn’t log into my account. I kept getting an error. I contacted support and didn’t hear back for several days. Eventually, they responded saying it was a "technical issue" and that the problem had been fixed.
Sure enough, I could log in again. My documents were approved, and I requested a withdrawal of my winnings. 2 days later I wanted to login to check the status of my withdraw. To find out I was locked out of my account again with the same error message. Since then, I’ve sent multiple emails to support with no response at all. Been waiting 14 days now for a reply back..
Until this issue is resolved, I strongly advise others to avoid BallersBet.
I won a decent amount of cash not big or so. First I could not cash out because they had removed the withdraw method that I deposited with and got promised 2 days very soon etc and it took over a week to finally add the method I was using. And when finally was able to make a withdraw, the live support stoped answering all together. And I managed to get a email though to email support and I asked whats up with my withdraw. They came back to me and said it will be paid within 48 hours, thats 4 days ago and now they dont even answer on email anymore and the live chat I have tried like 5 times and have not got any support agent any of those times. So yeah dont play here and if you do play then never trust anything the support tells you. I will update if I get paid soon
