have been waiting a week for a withdrawal of $800 with no reply from there support email whatsoever and there live chat is never any help they give them same answers constantly that they have sent the financial department a request to get it paid as soon as possible. I was repeatedly told on multiple different days that I was being paid ‘today’ and I am still yet to see any sort of payment or update. There terms and conditions are confusing, some pages say withdrawals for bank cards are 24 hours some say within 3 days and some say 3-5 days. It has now been 7 days and still have not seen anything or a reply from the support emails

fileHi Nick, on the verification page on my account it’s states ‘it looks like your account does not require verification’ and when I have questioned live chat they have said my verification and withdraw looks fine and there is no issues there so my payment will made as soon as possible, I have attached screen shot of verification page.

my winnings were from a deposit I made without any form of bonus. I have sent multiple emails about an update on my withdrawal and only gotten one response that they’re sorry for the delay but everything looks fine and it will be processed as soon as possible (the same script I get from live chat)
