I can't understand the negative reviews. As a new customer, I won € 2000 through MaxWin. Of course, the casino had it checked (about 1 week) in parallel with a verification, which was also quickly through. When I contacted the support several times, they were always very competent and friendly. Questions were answered great and I was also helped with the verification or it was explained to me in peace. I can't complain about game selection either, as they have every game I play. The only negative is the payout. It goes quickly for me, but in € 200 steps and, according to the payment plan, every 2-3 days.

Sie geht zwar schnell allerdings bei mir in 200€ Schritten und laut Auszahlungsplan im Abstand von 2-3 Tagen jeweils.

I recently won a nice sum of money at this casino ( 2000$)
It took 2 weeks....yes 2 weeks to withdrawal all the money. They don't allow more than 400$ per withdrawal. This is just not ok since they know that most people will play that money often while waiting. It makes the experience at this casino very sad.
