The player from Germany had her account closed for an unknown reason. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Had a withdrawal canceled to play with the winnings. After about 10 minutes the connection was disconnected and I was automatically logged off. When I tried to log in again, you could read that my account was closed. Customer service is not really helpful and keeps telling me to wait for a message ...
