The player from Australia has been accused of breaching terms and conditions. Subsequently, all the winnings have been cancelled. After a closer examination, we ended up rejecting this complaint as unjustified.

deposited over 20 times in the last 2 weeks. Received free spins for depositing. Got some minor wins. And played multiple games making sure I wasn’t playing jackpot games or betting above $2.50. After winning $5000 I applied to withdraw, and they indicated that the winnings were the result of a $35 deposit played with free game, as such can not honour the payment even through the game that they claimed closed the withdrawal, paid nothing.

There was a bunch of free spins with deposits. Before I withdrew a

i asked if I had met all turnover requirements and they said yes. I was not aware of any game that would limit my withdrawal, or did not receive any alert of this. I had played for several hours and it was the following day I won the $5000. This was also off a $2 bet, my deposit history would indicate that I have deposited very frequently lately

You can search any game by its name or filter all those with 0% contribution towards bonus wagering hence, restricted.

If you are aware of placing bets on restricted games while wagering your bonus, sadly, there is not much I can do to support your case at this time. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed. We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing bets on restricted games, but, unfortunately, this is not standard practice yet.

I wasn’t even aware of that search option otherwise id have been checking frequently. The game I played was from the same provider as the others I was playing. This is just their deceptive tactics to prevent paying out. They would rather lose a player as well as friends i recommended to join this site.

I fully understand your frustration, unfortunately, there’s an important principle that says, "ignorance of the law is no excuse". It means that you can’t defend your actions by arguing you didn’t know they were illegal or forbidden, even if you honestly did not realize you were breaking the rules.

I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing, to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. 

As I mentioned earlier, we would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing bets on restricted games, but, unfortunately, this is not standard practice yet.
