I have been struggling for a month now to receive my winnings. I have submitted all the required documentation but the finance department doesn't reply. I thin k this casino is a total scam.

They did communicate in the beginning when they wanted the my documentation. I have sent them bank statements, utility bills, copy of ID front and back. Now I just do not get a response from them anymore. I have sent the documents through again 7 days ago via email and asked for a response, but still I am not getting any answers. When I contact live support they just say that it will be resolved.

Got hold of africasino support again yesterday. Got my verification processed and received an email to say that funds will be deposited after a month of struggling. Will keep updated as to if I receive my funds in next five days. Thanks
