I had heard great things about this casino, but my experience has been very negative.
I deposited 100 euros two or three days ago, my balance was 110 euros and it wouldn't let me bet anymore.
When I went to request the withdrawal of those 110 euros, they didn't want to give them to me because they said that I hadn't yet bet the entire 100 euros that I had deposited initially.
But how am I supposed to bet on them if you won't let me bet anymore?
After speaking with them and explaining the problem, they refunded me the 110 euros.
On a positive note, I can say that once the problem was resolved, I received my money the next day.
