In about a year of playing at this online casino, I have found practically nothing positive. From my own experience, Casino Admiral is very unprofitable and I have experienced high financial losses. Deposits were made regularly, but the return was minimal in my experience and withdrawals were rather an exception.
I miss cashback and interesting bonuses, such as free spins. I would expect at least some rewards or benefits for loyal players if I play regularly.
I also rate customer support very negatively. In my experience, chat support is reluctant, unpleasant and often does not provide concrete help. They sometimes do not respond to messages in the way one would expect. If a person loses, for example, €3,000 and then tries to get answers or resolve the situation, I would expect a much more professional approach.
The technical side also doesn't seem the best. The website and games often slowed down, crashed, and the entire environment felt outdated compared to the competition.
While playing, I repeatedly felt that the game results were very unfavorable, and I also suspected whether everything was set up fairly. However, I state this as my personal experience and feeling, not as a proven claim.
So, for me, a very negative experience. High financial losses can occur daily and a person can lose a large amount of money very quickly. Therefore, from my own experience, I recommend being extremely careful and thinking carefully before playing whether it is worth the possible losses.
I personally would not deposit money into this casino after this experience.
Za približne rok hrania som na tomto online kasíne nenašla prakticky nič pozitívne. Z mojej vlastnej skúsenosti je Casino Admirál veľmi nevýherné a zaznamenala som vysoké finančné straty. Vklady išli pravidelne, no návratnosť bola podľa mojej skúsenosti minimálna a výbery boli skôr výnimkou.
Chýba mi cashback aj zaujímavé bonusy, napríklad free spiny. Pri pravidelnom hraní by som očakávala aspoň nejaké odmeny alebo výhody pre verných hráčov.
Veľmi negatívne hodnotím aj zákaznícku podporu. Chatová podpora je podľa mojej skúsenosti neochotná, nepríjemná a často neposkytne konkrétnu pomoc. Na správy niekedy nereagujú tak, ako by človek očakával. Ak človek prehrá napríklad 3 000 € a následne sa snaží získať odpovede alebo riešiť situáciu, očakával by som oveľa profesionálnejší prístup.
Technická stránka tiež nepôsobí najlepšie. Webová stránka aj hry sa mi často spomaľovali, sekali a celé prostredie na mňa pôsobí zastaralo v porovnaní s konkurenciou.
Počas hrania som mala opakovane pocit, že výsledky hier sú veľmi nepriaznivé, a vzniklo vo mne aj podozrenie, či je všetko nastavené férovo. Toto však uvádzam ako svoju osobnú skúsenosť a pocit, nie ako dokázané tvrdenie.
Za mňa teda veľmi negatívna skúsenosť. Denne môžu vznikať vysoké finančné straty a človek môže veľmi rýchlo prísť o veľké množstvo peňazí. Preto z vlastnej skúsenosti odporúčam byť mimoriadne opatrný a pred hraním si dobre premyslieť, či vám to za prípadné straty stojí.
Ja osobne by som po tejto skúsenosti už do tohto kasína peniaze nevložila.

My experience with Admiral Casino SK I have been playing at this online casino for about 2-3 years and during that time I have invested a lot of money into the game. My daily deposits often ranged from €150 to €500, sometimes even more. As a long-time player, I have enough experience to be able to compare this casino with several other online casinos. Unfortunately, my experience is very negative. I have long felt that the return on games is extremely low. I have repeatedly lost hundreds of euros without any significant winning round or bonus game. Compared to other online casinos, I have not experienced similar behavior of the machines. Another problem I found was the withdrawals. If I did win something, it often took too long to process the withdrawal. Personally, I felt like the player was motivated to keep playing and risk the money they had already won. When communicating with customer support, I never received a satisfactory explanation for my questions and comments. The answers were general and did not dispel my doubts. After years of gambling and significant financial losses, I have decided to provide my gaming data, deposit history, and gaming history to the relevant regulatory authorities for review. I am publishing this complaint regarding serious ifnconsistencies in the handling of my account by Admiral Casino.
I won approximately £1200 starting from bonus/free spin funds and attempted to withdraw £800+ on 29/04/2026.
The withdrawal section repeatedly failed despite my balance being visible. I contacted support at 22:52 asking for help because the system claimed the withdrawal amount exceeded available funds even though over £800 was clearly displayed on the account.
Around 15 minutes later I began receiving "Insufficient funds" errors despite the balance still being visible.
Support replied confirming this type of issue can happen when a session is not properly closed and stated: "we can see that you have managed to locate your balance and continue playing."
Admiral Casino later sent me an activity summary which:
* incorrectly claims gameplay started after midnight on 30/04/2026, * omits multiple hours of gameplay from 29/04/2026, * omits my £481 Cleopatra win entirely, * and references a "Twin Spinner Sizzling Hot Deluxe" session that does not appear anywhere in their own logs.
The operator also claimed my balance had reduced to £260 by 02:47.
However:
* at 03:06 I successfully submitted a £300 withdrawal request, * which would not normally be possible if only £260 were available.
I also possess screenshots showing:
* balance £801.84, * withdrawable balance £801.84, * no active bonus restrictions, * "Insufficient funds" errors, * and technical error messages during gameplay.
After several days of repeated KYC submissions, including PDF bank statements that had previously been accepted on earlier withdrawals, my account was permanently blocked.
Despite this:
* Admiral Casino later confirmed my documents were "received and approved", * and subsequently processed the pending £300 withdrawal after the account closure decision.
The timeline and records provided by the operator appear highly inconsistent and incomplete.
I am willing to provide supporting screenshots, emails, timestamps, and recordings if required.
This public post contains only a condensed summary of the case.
A significantly larger body of supporting evidence exists, including:
* full email correspondence, * gameplay recordings, * screenshots with timestamps, * withdrawal history, * technical error evidence, * and additional account activity records that appear inconsistent with the operator’s version of events.

It was good to start with, but when you’re emailing everyday about free spins not working, ok they sent free spins to replace them which was good, then today 21st February 2025 when they sent different free spins that also didn’t work they refused to do anything about it, so decided to close my account as I felt they were calling me a liar is a joke, I don’t want something for nothing, but when you don’t get something your offered and spent all day emailing and being ignored it’s a different story

I just love this site, it is by far the best I have played on in terms of return. I may just be lucky, but have been on many other sites and found making a profit virtually impossible. Only downside is the number of games they have. For me the big reel games are best and pay out the most. It's an easy to use website, I will download the app soon. I have been chasing for cash out funds for almost 9 days and made several cakes and every time I was given different info they never initiated any form of communication through email example if they need any docs for verification I had ti call them up then they emailed for ID’s 3 days they’ve asked for different id or form of docs instead of all at once still no funds back very bad communications specially from payment teams other than people who pick up calls are very polite and helpful but they can help you any further I will not play them again and take my business else where
