A complete fraud. I completed the terms of the no deposit bonus and I requested a 300 dollar payment. After 30 days without any progress I sent an email, which was never answered. After 40 days I got to talk at the live chat. At first they told me that my country (Greece) is restricted ONLY for withdrawing the winnings of the no deposit bonus! I can deposit, I can withdraw but not these money! I asked them to show me this specific line in the rule book. Of course there was no such restriction, I read everything. Then they changed the tune.... the casino has the right to refuse payment. The country is not a problem anymore, without any explanation they just refused to pay. They didn't even return the money to my account. They kept the money and just refused to pay, without any reason or explanation. They are liers, they use false excuses and they are rude. Avoid them, save your money!
They should be shut down. They're thieves. They offered a 275% No Rules Bonus with deposit of $50. I made the deposit and they said it was only for players who have deposited over $500 total. That's not listed anywhere in their terms and conditions or Bonus rules. The terms and conditions say No Rules bonuses are for ALL customers and members. I waited and the next day I spoke to another customer service rep and the total amount changed to $800 to qualify for no rules bonuses. I've also been waiting over a month for my ID verification to come back, so I can't get my money back until that's done. I have screen shots of all the T&C and conversations with customer service. They're trash. Never again.
