Been playing at this casino for a couple of month. Cashed out a $100 free bonus with no problem. Loss the next few deposits. Then one day, I deposit, they add a random unrequested bonus to my deposit, I hit on multiple games and build up to 4,700. Try to withdraw using bitcoin..DENIED. They said I HAVE to use wire transfer. Attempt one- they changed the 4,700 to 1,000 and say it's the rules due to the bonus. Whatever, fine. So here I am, patiently waiting TEN business day. At one point I contacted customer service in an attempt to find out an update, get confirmation of some kind that all the banking details and stuff is right. Was told 7-10 business day. Day 7 came..nothing. Last week, day 10 came... the whole 4,700 was back in my account and I received and email saying.. "No worries, contact your make and make them aware and international transfer is in place, and try again.". Mind you, I contacted my bank immediately the first time to avoid any problems such as this. I'm currently on attempt number 2, day 2, and have no faith in this working this time either. When you google this casino you find a BUNCH of FALSE information about all these made up withdraw methods they use. They have 2! Bitcoin or wire transfer. And in order to use bitcoin you're withdraw amount has to be at least 50% of your bitcoin deposit! Hahaha, sounds like a scam to avoid paying out significant wins, and it's look more like it from a personal perspective everyday. If I receive this deposit (on the 20th business day) I will update this post... although, just knowing this information should deter you from dealing with this yourself. Waited, saw no emails then went to log in and my 120 was back in my account. I withdrew via bitcoin for speed but since I never deposited via bitcoin they just quietly put my 120 back into the account that I won fair and square. Now its only 120 bucks but one thing I can't stand about these half shady ass casinos is thier do anything possible to find some excuse to not pay you. Mandarin is one of them. I can't withdrawal via bitcoin because I never deposited???? Who tf cares? Why? What difference does it make? So I was told if I make a deposit via bitcoin they will release the 120 to me via bitcoin, fine that will work I guess. Deposit 20 bucks and then they said oh now that I put in the 20 it's mixed I'm with my promotion money so I can't take the 120 lol. Serious co*k suckers there. So far so good the only thing up to this point I could possibly say would be that it'd be nice if the withdrawal processing times we faster but I've won and costumer service has been not only available and as helpful as the they can be and though I haven't received my winnings yet I have no concerns about whether or not I will receive them because it hasn't yet been past the time they told me it would take and they've been nothing but consistent so far. I'm a happy customer.
