I joined this site not even a month ago , made numerous deposits exceeding 500 hundred dollars , played multiple slots , my bets were low not exceeding 20 cent too1 dollar , with nothing too say of a half decent win , terrible loading times of games , site interruptions with playing and spins , when i contacted support about the issues and consistent loosing , response was we apologize and yes i can see the constant loosing with your deposits , this site is too controlling with winning at all , just a money grab people , there are better playing sites out there and you can actually win something for your hard earned money. I am closing down this site as soon as I'm done this. One more thing , there security isn't up too par for Canadians , they cant confirm text codes too your cell phone in Canada for some strange reason , just your email.

This is the worst casino I ever gambled at. I gamble at all different casinos and have never run into the issues that I have with this casino. I deposited 3 payments that cleared my bank but never processed through the casino. I had time off and was sick with covid and entertained myself here only to be surprised at the trouble I am having getting my money back. I have emailed them numerous times tried calling the number which doesnt work. They blocked me from live chat. I finally got throgh and asked for a bonus for all my inconvience and wrecking my days at home sick. By spending so much time trying to get to the bottom of this. They refused to give me a bonus in a good will gesture after me spending a lot of money there. I feel totally disrespected and I think they think I will eventually go away. I'm going to report this casino and have them investigated because they have tons of money and could make this right easily. The customer service is a joke. There are a lot of good reputable casinos online. This one is not, Save your money or go to a recommended one. They have the nerve to ask me to deposit more with every email.
