On July 27th I deposited $25 with Las Vegas USA casino and I did not claim any promo or bonus. I won around $500 on a slot machine and played it down to $400 until I decided to request a withdrawal. I have passed all validation by security and I still do not have my $400 payout. All I keep being told when I reach out via email and chat is that they are waiting for the next payout batch to occur then I will be notified. When I ask when the next batch is due to occur, I get the same response as I mentioned above without them proving a date or any other information. I have no option to call as they do not provide a phone number. Now I see why. It should not be this hard for a customer of theirs to receive a payout. This is not how a business should be ran and they should be ashamed of themselves for doing paying loyal customers this way.
The pay outs take several weeks regardless of the amount. Told no update can be provided as pay outs are out of their control. Current win of 20k was reduced to max of $2500. Check issued was refused by a major bank and replacement wire pending for 3 weeks. It’s been 5 weeks with no pay out.
Great group however games are very iffy. Lost a whole bunch too much which concerns me of the validity of the games. Features have been very non existent or poor which to me is a result of low rtp setting. You can win here just nothing super big. I fall victim to reversals too often which is my fault not theirs. 8 years daily play and biggest jackpot hit was for $1700 Lose on reversals always. Oh and don’t fall for the bonuses. If you take a bonus deposit $50 with the bonus max cashout is $1000 minus $50 but you will have to get through a huge playthrough so to me not worth my time. Read the fine print so you don’t get disappointed.
Be warned!! If you win anything’s Substantial they will steal your money. I won over 10k. They made two payments to me after a month equaling 2000.00 and then closed my account and banned me. I did not use a bonus. They are thieves. They seem great unless u win a lot with them.
