I made it through their ridiculously large playthrough, was allowed to withdraw $5000, then the next day after they approved the withdrawal they reversed $4000! They didn't even contact me to let me know they stole my money! I found out when I checked my account and saw the reversal. To add injury to insult I only received $960, they should have charged only $20 but they stole $40 ! I was a VIP that they treated like trash! I've closed the account, this is definitely not a trustworthy site. The group is Genesye, don't trust them, they steal from customers!!!
