Player’s withdrawal was cancelled due to a breach of the Bonus T&Cs.

The player played with a no deposit bonus and managed to win some money. When he tried to make a withdrawal, it was cancelled. The casino support stated the player played a restricted game and therefore breached the Bonus T&Cs. The player claims the list of restricted games wasn’t available. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

The player requested a withdrawal but it was denied by the casino due to accusation of an irregular play. The player claimed that he made 6 deposits altogether and whenever he did so, his maximal bet didn't exceed €20. He was also able to provide proof of his deposits and emails from the casino confirming that they received the money. The player shouldn't be playing at that casino in the first place, because he came from the UK and the casino didn't have UK license.
