We've thoroughly reviewed Campeonbet Casino and gave it a bad reputation rating. It's a bad online casino and we advise you to stay away from it. In our review, we've considered the casino's player complaints, estimated revenues, license, games genuineness, customer support quality, fairness of terms and conditions, withdrawal and win limits, and other factors. Because Campeonbet Casino is related to other online casinos listed below, its rating is also influenced by them. Read the full review below and learn more about this casino.

According to our research and estimates, Campeonbet Casino is a smaller online casino revenue-wise. The revenue of a casino is an important factor, as bigger casinos shouldn't have any issues paying out big wins, while smaller casinos could potentially struggle if you manage to win really big.

We currently have 1 complaints directly about this casino in our database, as well as 8 complaints about other casinos related to it. Because of these complaints, we've given this casino 920 black points in total, out of which 219 come from related casinos. You can find more information about all of the complaints and black points below.

Campeonbet Casino appears on only one blacklist, which hasn't influenced our rating of this casino. We've chosen to ignore it either because it's related to the casino's previous owner, or because of some other applicable reason.

Warning: Campeonbet Casino has a €5,000 daily total win limit. This means that the sum of your wins in one day (not factoring in your losses), can't be higher than €5,000. If you win more, you will not get the money exceeding the limit. We consider any win limit to be extremely unfair to players, which is why we penalize any casino that has implemented it, unless the win limit is enforced by third-party factors, such as local regulations.

As you can see from all of the information in our review, Campeonbet Casino is a bad online casino. We don't recommend playing at it and strongly advise you to stay away from it.

Failed self-exclusion
Black points: 701
Failed self-exclusion, account suspended, all funds seized.
In this complaint, the player had requested a permanent account closure because of his gambling addiction. He came back after a few days and asked for the opening of his closed account. The casino did open his account and the player accomplished a deposit. The player was asking for his deposit to be refunded back. The casino responded and redirected him to the regulatory authority. Askgamblers closed this complaint as unresolved because of unwillingness from CampeonBet Casino for further cooperation in getting this complaint adequately reviewed and decided.

Solved complaint

The player was accused of breaking the rule of the casino.
A player from Holand went on a vacation to Spain and took his laptop with him and played some games. When he came home and started playing, his IP address was still showing that he was in Spain still. When he requested a withdrawal, it was denied due to the use of a VPN, which was not allowed. The casino claimed that either cookies or device couldn't keep an old location after being in a different country. The player did provide his boarding pass as proof that he did travel to Spain, but the casino wouldn't accept it. Later on, the player submitted a formal complaint in front of the relevant regulatory body where it was decided that the player did use a VPN which was against the rules. The complaint is now solved.

Justified complaint
Black points: 748 (74 for this casino)
The player was accused of multiple rules being broken.
The player won £1,286.71 with sports betting and requested a withdrawal of £1,000. They passed the whole verification process and after that, the withdrawal was rejected. A few minutes later, £1,146 was taken from their account with an explanation that it was a "correction down". The player couldn't understand why did this happen and asked the casino for more details. The casino said, "they reserve the right to close down an existing account without explanation". In this event, or in the event of account closure by a customer, the full balance would be paid out unless any fraudulent behavior was suspected. Svenbet also reserves the right to report to the appropriate authorities if any customer is involved in any form of suspected fraudulent behavior. Winnings from sports bets would be deducted from the account and the deposited amount would remain for "cash-out". The player wasn't aware that they had broken any of these rules and asked Casino.guru for help to find out what really went wrong. Unfortunately, Casino.guru received the same answer from the casino as the player and because of that, this complaint remains unsolved.

Insufficient evidence from the casino about using VPN.
The player made some winnings and wanted to withdraw just part of it. They submitted all the documents for verification and received a confirmation from the casino about them being verified. The player used the remaining balance to continue playing and gained some more winnings. However, the winnings disappeared from their account and the player was accused of using a VPN but the casino was unable to provide solid proof about it. Therefore, this complaint was legitimate and ruled in favor of the player.

Uncertain case, passive regulator
Black points: 122 (12 for this casino)
Insufficient evidence from the casino.
The player deposited €600 and after three successful bets, they acquired a balance of €1800. They requested a withdrawal and had to supply the casino with the documents needed for verification. After this was done, about a week later the player received a message informing them about their account being closed without an explanation. The message said that if no fraudulent activity was suspected the player would be paid out the remaining balance. However, the casino never made any payout stopped communicating with the player. A mediator contacted the casino which provided some evidence about the player's fraudulent activity. However, this evidence was not sufficient and the operator of the casino was not willing to change their position in this matter.

Uncertain case, passive regulator
Black points: 26 (2 for this casino)
An accusation of T&C breach.
The player requested a withdrawal of €212. Since the money transfer was not happening, they went to check their casino account where the request was marked as pending. The casino live chat informed them about a delay that would be fixed soon. Later, the request was rejected and all the funds were confiscated. The player received a generic email about a breach of terms and conditions and about the casino's right to shut down the player's account without explanation. The player insisted on an explanation but no one from the casino ever replied to them. A mediator tried to contact the casino as well with no more success. Apparently, the player had tried to contact anyone related to the casino even the people not related to the business and was quite persistent about getting an answer. Even though the complaint was ruled in the player's favor it wasn't without warning him to avoid using abusive language.

Stupid excuse or fraud
Black points: 200 (20 for this casino)
The casino accepted a player from a restricted country without hesitation. There were no terms on a mobile version of the casino.
The player from the UK registered at the casino via his mobile and found out that there are no terms and conditions available for him to read. But since he was able to make a deposit and choose his country of residence, he didn't pay attention to it that much. Later on, he started a little research where he found out that the UK was a restricted country to play from. When he contacted the support team about it, they told him that it was his responsibility to check on these kinds of things. There is no further information available.
