I made a withdrawal request and after 8 days it still appears to be processing... without any communication from them but I spend hours in chat and they ask me for documentation that I provide even though I have already withdrawn in the past... another 2 days have passed and no email from them... I feel taken for a ride and I advise everyone against this mess that is not at all fair and serious. I hope I get what I am entitled to and the withdrawal is still being processed... they are dishonest and unfair... another 3 days have passed and after various absurd responses received in chat such as that I should just wait since they have delays due to too many requests... that the 72 hours spent for the documentation verification by their department were not valid because they have too many requests to process... I get a message on the site with an email address, obviously they never responded by email... saying that there was a problem with my withdrawal... I write to this umpteenth email address but apparently it gives me an error receipt... I am speechless... can someone help me please?

On the evening of the 17th of August 2025, I wanted to relax with a quick 5–10 minute session before bed. I opened a new account with 888 Casino, deposited £800, and within seconds my account was disabled. No warning, no chance to play, nothing. Instead of enjoying a short game, I spent the entire night arguing with their support team, desperately trying to regain access to the money I had just deposited.

I’ve been through account verification before with other casinos, and usually it’s straightforward. With 888 Casino, it was an absolute circus.
• I sent a utility bill dated 10th August 2025, showing my address clearly. They rejected it.
• I sent my UK driving licence, a perfectly valid government-issued ID. They said it wasn’t acceptable.
• Every time I provided something, they just asked for something else, giving no explanation why the previous documents weren’t good enough.

It became obvious they weren’t genuinely verifying me – they were stalling.

I think it is a great casino to use as far as navigation , ease of use and variety. However, customer support is a real pain to get ahold of. Live support...forget about it. They do have other methods of contact, but response back is very slow.
Withdrawals, terrible !!! My first withdrawal took forever. They sent me an email saying that my bank refused the deposit from them and returned it to them. after a long time, finally received it. They assured me there would be no problem next time. Well, the very next withdrawal was the same problem! I called my bank and the said they never declined any deposit from 888, they have no record of any type of deposit ever being decline from them. Very shady business going on here. Still awaiting my second withdrawal.

if you win blocked for months unable to withdraw due to requests for documents which are then not accepted if you lose instead they do not ask for anything they are A BOOK SHOW

pathetic, they block the account they do not give the welcome bonus they say they will give (before depositing they tell you that you are entitled after depositing by chance you are no longer eligible) they ask for a thousand documents and they do not accept them on purpose

I've been playing the 888 for about 3 years. It is not true that players from Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania are not accepted. I am from MV. I have deposited $200 into the account 10 days ago (1 September), play a bit, won $165 and then got locked out. The operation asked me to verify the documents which I have sent them on the same day. On the 3rd September, I got another rejection from the operation whom asked me for documents again, which I uploaded. Then on the 6th September, the operation request the same documents. On the 9th September 2022, they have asked me the same credit card with some info black out as before. The call centre just only say sorry but they have told me that I need to be verified in order to use their platform or make any withdrawals. I think they are deliberately trying my patience so I will eventually give up and then simply give the money to them.
