Hi,
i have a total of 4 withdrawals awaiting process with 888 casino. They have asked me for some documents to do verification. This was done and got a live agent confirming that this was finalized. I have been communicating with them every day and always say they will help and it’s always false promises. Today when I talk with the live agent she said my account needed to be verified which is extremely frustrating as they confirmed it was done already.
i have also made a complaint to the agco but still waiting on that.
also ask prior to remove the ability to reverse my withdrawals that was never done.
i feel like they are hoping I will reverse my withdrawals and gable them all before they pay me. Really bad practises.
