Hey, so I was playing a lighting sic bo game and my number was chosen on a 50:1 number and I was paid out BUT the lightning bonus landed on my number and it was a 255 times multiplier.
I wouldn't usually dispute its ALOT Of money and I've emailed them like 10 times and the first time I got a robot back and ever since I've gotten no emails back whatso ever

Thank you for your email. I’m afraid I still don’t see the actual bet. If you bet $0,60 and it got multiplied by 50, the win should be $30, correct? Afterwards, $30 should have been multiplied by 255 and that would give a win of $7,650, but it didn’t. Do I understand correctly?
