Lost my 3500 balance in one bet that I NEVER MADE On Casino888 live roulette


Earlier this morning I was playing live roulette on 888Casino and i was doing well with a $3500 balance in my account. I had deposited $1000 earlier in the morning so i was up $2500 for the day. As always i would bet on average around $50-$100 on the table on each roulette spin. I would usually play straight up on a number or splits and cover around 15 to 18 numbers on every spin. As i was betting, I suddenly noticed the most terrifying thing happen, i was shocked and terrified when i noticed that every number that i was betting around $5-$10 on had $200 on each number!!!! THAT WAS TOTALLY NOT ME DOING THAT!! NEVER WOULD I BET THAT AMOUNT!!  I panicked when i noticed and frantically tried to delete all my bets but it was too late!! When i logged back into my account, i saw a balance of only $85 in my account! I lost nearly all of my entire 3500 balance in just one spin and I was left with just $84 in my account!! i went from $3500 to $84 in just 1 bet and I DID NOT KNOWINGly OR INTENTIONALLY MAKE THAT BET I can assure you !!! I would never lie about this! My playing records show that im just a regular player and i dont like any drama! That was definitely not coming from me and I would never risk that amount in one bet because i cant afford to lose that amount in one spin and I was doing very well for the day. I was ready to cash out my $3500 for the day so why would i do that?? Thats not consistent with my style of play ever!! My records indicate that i have never placed a bet of that amount in one spin! I would never do that !! I dont know how that happened but I honestly know that it definitely wasnt coming from me and by the way, this also happened to me in the past on 888casino but I did not discuss that incident with anyone yet. On that occasion i lost my balance as well which was around $1800 that time. How does such a large bet that i did not make just appear out of nowhere and sucks my entire balance dry! That was insane however for now i’ll just focus on this latest incident. I wish i had been recording the incident with my gopro camera on both incidents for my own security. I believe that everyone needs to do this. Im not blaming the casino however sometimes computers might make mistakes or sometimes people might accidentally hit the wrong key. Who knows however after these incidents i will be recording everytime i play. its very sad that anyone would feel that they need to do that but unfortunately thats just how it is. This was totally out of character for me !! I would never bet an entire balance that big on one bet!!  When i noticed that there was $200 bet on each number that i never placed, that scared me and i panicked so i tried to hit the power button to cancel the bet but by then it was already too late. My money was gone ! All 3500 of it at least i cant remember the exact number but it was definitely around that number. I felt suspicious since this had already happened to me in the past and i was very upset, confused, angry. I thought i would have a heart attack! I am in tears as i write this and extremely distraught! I cant believe this would ever happen to me twice now ! Please please ! ! I beg you with all my heart to please look into this for me! I need my funds back! I did not and would not make that enormous $3500 bet! Please help ! I would greatly apprecite it !
