This is the most corrupt crooked casino I’ve ever played at and I can back up every accusation I’m making here with screen shots and conversation transcripts as well as the sites own terms of service. 

First and foremost they send me a promo email for 99 free spins with a deposit of .001 btc or above. The email has no terms or rules of the promo and use bait and switch and lured me in using manipulation tactics and verbiage such as " TELL US HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR FIRST "JACKPOT" win" and " Be ready for rivers of cash to run in your hands! 💰" Which to me and I’m sure any sane person , that implies that there’s going to be large wins ahead and this bonus provides the ability to actually make a decent withdrawal amount in the event you win something decent right ? So I decide to do the bonus. Of course I lose my real cash in seconds and then I do my free spins and end up winning 13 MBTC. So I’m like ok cool. Well there’s a 45x playthru so my total playthru is 606 MBTC… I messaged chat agents to see what the max bet and max cash out were … that’s when they tell me my max bet is .1 mbtc yes POINT ONE and I have to make it thru 606 full mbtc… fine … they then tell me my max cash out is 100 usd! Yes I repeat 100 usd is the max after I had to deposit nearly 30-40 just to earn the spins. And then have to play the 13 mbtc I won 45 times at .1 per spin and then can only max cash 100…. Impossible right? Well I managed to do it . Infact I was up to 3000usd - 145 MBTC AND HAD MADE IT 70 percent thru. So I end up finishing the bonus playthru and still have 1550-1600 usd remaining . Suddenly my whole balance is reduced to 0.00311048 BTC or around 61-62USD AND THEN TO MAKE IT EVEN BETTER I RECEIVED 50 free vip weekly spins earlier in the day and intended on doing that bonus folllowing the first one but nope they literally stole it and claimed in my transactions that I "lost" the bonus and wasn’t able to complete it even though I was never able to play it and still had the 62 dollars in my account from the first one I finished seconds prior. I contacted support I advised them they needed to pay me the additional 38 usd and replace my bonus they refused and tried making up lies and playing games and lying making up rules that are not stated anywhere on the website and that don’t pertain to my situation and claiming they couldn’t do anything etc etc etc and I’m done playing their games and allowing them to lie and scam and cheat and take advantage of me and I’m sure plenty others. I want the rest of my winnings and I want my bonus back. I also want them to not be able to lie and mislead and trick people into making deposits thinking they’ll be able to actually win something and then get totally screwed and then short changed and have their bonuses stolen … they are the worst most corrupt Grimey slimey con artists ever … I would also add that I requested a withdrawal over 45 mins ago that’s still "pending" yet they claim to be a "instant withdrawal" and no hassle immediate payout casino and that’s a flat out lie. I’m assuming they’re doing this intentionally because I advised them I would be coming here to expose them for the world to see and get them shut down like the should be and hopefully audited because they are pulling crooked criminal activity and as I mentioned I have proof of all of it upon request

Please note that based on the screenshots you provided the promotional e-mail contains a link to additional bonus terms. Also in most of cases, free bonuses have maximum win limit so we do not really consider those things as unfair.

I am verified with them and have made previous withdrawals that were handled within minutes. I would also like to update what happened immediately following my case opening. They cancelled my withdrawal. Then reapplied only 41 dollars out of the 61 dollars I tried to withdrawal claiming they were confiscating over paid funds. This is after they originally told me the system automatically reduces the balance after completing the play thru and after they told me multiple times the max cash out was .0035000 btc now they claim it’s .002000. The free spins max cash out clearly states that the max cash out is in fact .00200 OR 100USD 100euro 100 Canadian and so on. Then I noticed the rules were revised last in 2021 and it makes sense now because at that time .002 btc would of been just about 100 dollars but since btc has tanked so hard in recent weeks currently .002 only equals around 40 usd. Please note that the as you deposited, played and withdraw with BTC, you can't take into consideration the amount of money in any other currency. As long as you did bet with BTC you can't expect the max win in €, therefor the maximum 0.002 BTC is available to withdraw. The casino is not responsible for the global market and in the price deduction of bitcoin.

Well you’re clearly missing the scam they are pulling which blows my mind . It’s blatantly obvious. The rules were last updated in 2021. During which time bitcoin was going for 50k and up… meaning .002 btc was equal to 100 usd, 100 eur, 100 aud… and so on… they listed .002 btc and put slashes in between because they wanted to list the max amount in every currency so that in the event bitcoin kept rising that they were covered and wouldn’t have to pay out a higher amount .. for example … imagine bitcoin was now 100k per… that would mean that the max cash out out would exceed 100 usd and so on and they wanted to cover their asses so that no one could come back and say they were owed more.. but in this situation bitcoin has dropped to 20k per which means .002 is only worth 40 usd … so even though the max cash out is supposed to be 100 usd or 100 dollars in whatever currency a player uses , that since they didn’t update the rules according to the current rate , that they’re able to scam their customers out of the full value of their winnings .. basically why would they list 100 in every value in every currency but then just randomly list the value in bitcoin only worth 40? I mean I have messages from them telling me the max cash out was .0035000 and then others telling me .00200 then them even admitting they subtracted me winnings and gave me .001104 which is not even the max cash out amount even though I made it thru the bonus and still had 1600 dollars yet I wasn’t even given .002 or .0035 then they tell me that the system automatically subtracts the balance once the bonus is cleared and that was only 62 so I tried to withdrawal that and they cancelled it and then gave me back only 41 and said that they were confiscating over paid funds even though before that they said they weren’t able to Change the amounts because it’s all done by the system which was yet another lie .. then they tried to tell me that .003500 was the max win amount which was different than the .002 max cash out amount which once again another lie considering I won 99 mbtc on one spin and it was added no problem . Please note that the whole time you missed a very important fact - your account is in BTC not USD. It simply doesn't matter how much is the max win in USD if you have BTC account. You have to follow the limits from BTC only. As you know the price of BTC changes a lot and can go up 30% + - in just a week. If you had 0.002 max win for example an year ago, of course you will get much less if you try to withdraw it now as it's value is lower. Also it is kind of obvious that the casino changed the rates on the site as the value of the currency changed too. Still if the bonus you used had a limit of 0.002 BTC withdrawal limit, you will get that amount, no matter how much is it in USD.

The only solution for your issue is to simply have an USD account instead of BTC. If it's not possible to change, then I can only recommend to use a different casino if the exchange rates bother you.

After all, the casino bonuses are a good will of the casino and they can set and change the terms anytime. You can't compare an old bonus to a new one as they are keep getting updated. I'm sorry that we can't help you with this case but it's all about the exchange rate which the casino has nothing to do with as it is set by the global market. The complaint will be now rejected based on the explanation I provided.
